INFORMATION ABOUT USING AISCOR

However, despite every measure if the client is not satisfied with the results and chooses to go for the dispute resolution process, we consider refund requests as per the following program in which our refund policy is very clearly listed :

  1. If the project is delayed by AISCOR Pvt Ltd, and we are unable to deliver it on time to the client parties for whichever reason, 70% of the paid amount money will be refundable to the client in such cases.
  2. If a client fails to provide us with the content of the website within the time window provided by us, the money is not refundable in that case.
  3. If a client wishes to make changes to the requirements for the service after the payment has been finalised, it will be chargeable extra, as per the type of work required from us.
  4. After finalising the project any modifications/changes are chargeable by AISCOR Pvt Ltd and counts as extra work done.
  5. If the invoices are not paid within thirty days of receiving them, AISCOR Pvt Ltd will be entitled to charge a late fee of 5% of the project cost.
